Entry 10: Only God Knows

Only God Knows…

Acknowledge Him, and He will make your path straight.

Only God knows what is right and good for us, and when we surrender our life to His will, He sets us on the path He has destined for us.
He knows the path.

It is written:
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; not on your own understanding.
In all ways acknowledge Him.
He will direct your path.

*

There is not one person on this earth who knows what is right and good for us.
But God does.

And that is why being in an intimate and 2-way relationship with Him is so important.
How else would we know what to do, if we don't hear the Word from God?
How else can we know how to make decisions if we do not relationally connect to the one who made us ~ daily?
There is no human who knows what is right and good, but God does.

God knows!

*

That is why I pursue God, seek God, relate with God, consult with God, spend every moment of my life with God, don't move if God hasn't led me there.
Learn His voice, His attributes, His commands, His ways, and develop a trust and faith IN HIM. Speak out loud to Him, morning, noon and night.
This is the first and foremost important thing in my life. It is also the most important thing I can do for my daughter, is to direct her to the wisdom and guidance of God, to assist her in the choices she makes as well.

Does this align with God's will?
What does God say about this?
Check in with Jesus first, and then choose.

Scripture is where we need to be looking.
The Word of God is our lamp.
Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.
Thank you, Jesus.

Thank you for showing your children the way to go, both night and day.
While young and old.
When with child and without.
Both husband and wife.
Both grandmother and grandfather.
Both woman and man.
Both rich and poor.
All nations, all people.
