Walking away from new age…
There is a way that seems right to a man,
But its end is the way of death. ~ Proverbs 14:12
A little over one year ago I completely ended my practice and involvement with yoga and meditation. This was a big change in my life, but one I made whole-heartedly and full-out willingly because I immediately understood after being saved by Jesus Christ that 12 years of practicing all forms of yoga had opened doors to demonic possession and oppression within my very being.
I do not share this to create fear or shame, judgment or division. I share to support anyone out there who may be interested in turning toward Jesus Christ as a path to solid foundation, security, safety, forgiveness, understanding, healing, real love, truth and life. A peace beyond all understanding.
I went through a deliverance where 14 demons were cast out of me. Joanne Andres Ministry supported me in this, and with the name of Jesus every single one of those demons were cast out of me. None of them wanted to leave me, they each spoke their nasty voices out of my lips, they were each filled with death and destruction and it was something I never knew was real but it happened and it is real. It saved my life, set me free. There was no denying it. Since then, much freedom.
They came in and entered through open doors of false spirituality including yoga, chanting, psychedelics, shamanism, sound baths, occult practices like tarot, reiki, human design, gene keys, and experiences of childhood trauma, sexual perversion, exposure to pornography at a young age, abortion, an addiction to sadness, anger, unforgiveness, and unhealthy relating and relationships.
I now do simple workouts and enjoy physicality in a new way. If you’re curious learning more, just begin talking with Jesus Christ and ask Him what you need to let go of. Always go to Jesus first, He will answer all the questions you have.
